We are one of the largest and oldest professional management firms in the United States with roots dating back to 1945 when Vern F. Nellis of Waterloo, Iowa founded the firm.

After Vern Nellis passed away in 1952, the organization was bought by a partnership and professional management services were extended throughout the Midwest and now today all across the U.S.

PMM is the only professional management firm to form a Management Information Service Department. Created in 1964, this department was organized to coordinate valuable data for professionals throughout the nation.

PMM is proud to be serving physicians, dentists, veterinarians, and other healthcare professionals throughout the United States. Proud to still be a voice of experience in practice management.
